We help people feel better by offering different types of support. This includes talking with a counselor or therapist to work through feelings, getting help to understand and improve your situation, and joining group meetings to share and learn from others. We also support people who are working on feeling better after challenges with using drugs or alcohol. Everything we do is to help each person feel better and stronger.

You can easily schedule an appointment by calling our office at (202) 506-5187 or by using the online booking system on our website.

During your first visit, you'll meet with one of our caring professionals who will listen to your concerns and help you understand how we can best support you. We’ll ask some questions to get to know you better and learn about your goals and any challenges you're facing. This is also a great time for you to ask questions and learn about the services we offer. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and confident in the care you'll receive.

While we typically recommend therapy at least once a week, not every client is ready for weekly sessions when they first start working with our team. Therapy requires a commitment and a willingness to work on personal growth, so we will work together to find the right schedule and approach that fits your needs and goals. Your therapist will help guide you in making the best decision for your journey.
